Traveler's Notebook Leather Regular Size - Brown

Went looking for the brown regular size Traveler's Notebook online. No one but HouseResort Stationery had it in stock. I bought it and a bunch of supplies to go with it. There was a small problem with the order: I ordered three notebook refills, but only one was sent. When I notified the company, they promptly shipped the other two. It's easy to give a company five stars when everything goes right. But, I always evaluate an outfit's customer service on how it rectifies problems when something goes wrong.
